We are the first mentoring tool in Europe with a community of 52,000 mentors. These professionals are available to discuss career choices with young people for free on one condition: they must be between 15 and 30 years old. As a counsellor, you can monitor the progress of each young person you are tutoring through your own dashboard.
As a coach, you will be able to gather information on your coachee’s needs and provide a personalised support to each individual depending on his own challenges: search for relevant mentors’ profiles, advice on preparing for meetings, etc.
FOR COUNSELLORS
Register for free and invite each young individual you are counselling to join our community and benefit from our mentors’ experience to define his/her own path.
Use your dashboard to define personalised goals (number of monthly meetings with mentors) for each individual depending on his/her own needs.
Once you have set the goals for your coachee, you can share with him all the material we provide you with to help him set his account and begin networking.
Track the individual’s activity on your dashboard with just a few clicks (number of mentors contacted, number of appointments made, etc.).
FOR YOUNG INDIVIDUALS
