I graduated from Neoma Business School, and I am currently the Director Digital Marketing at Vingo.

My main missions are:
• Build, plan and implement the overall marketing strategy with a major emphasis on digital.
• Plan and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, and social media campaigns.
• Manage the marketing strategy and collaborate with the internal product team to optimize the end user experience.
• Maintain digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintain digital marketing staff job results by managing and mentoring the team.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Prepare and manage marketing budget in partnership with Finance.
• Oversee all the company's social media accounts and measure and manage all online content.
• Identify trends and insights and competitive analysis to optimize spend and performance.
