Hello,
Currently, i'm the Head of Supplier Data and Insight and my mission are:
- Lead Content Data Analytics Tool (NDC, private channel, GDS, aggregators, APIs and other distribution models).
- Conduct content monitoring exercises (airlines, hotel, car & transfer, rail and others).
- Manage content benchmark (content offered in different business models, competitors, managing customers feedback, etc.).
- Supervise contract content delivery. Support content performance for subscribers (travel agencies).
- Provide sales teams with reliable and worthwhile content data.
- Driving actionable insights to back up commercial and strategic problems. Providing insight for content distribution strategy, segments and regions.
