Hello,
I started my career in 1994 by develop, install & manage Network & telecom.
I joined Bull in 1995. I worked 1 years to devellop customers services center in Lyon then I moved to REIS to become Operationnal manager, where I managed there 90 technicians, after 2 years of management experience, I decided raise my skills on a very small start-up (MTI) to manage the IT architecture consulting service.
I joined Capgemini in 2001 & after seven years in internationnal projects (CRM, Product planning , business transformation, change management) I decided to joined Volvo Group in 2007 as CIO infrastructure manager for Renault Trucks, I took the head of techwatch & business innovation for Market & Sell Total Offer, Deliver & Develop Customer Loyalty processes.
