Hello, I'm currently working as a Category Purchasing Manager in Verallia where I perform the following tasks: • Define and implement purchasing strategy • Master agreements negotiation with key suppliers • Bulk purchasing within different BU • Purchasing coordination, suppliers evaluation and audit, implement group policy and guidelines. I am in charge of 3 CAPEX categories: - Glass Furnace Erection from draining to start up (except refractories supply) - Cold end equipments (Conveyors, Inspection machines, palletizers, shuttle car, shrinking...) - Industrial IT (Counting systems, DCS and supervision systems) 1 direct report (Technical buyer) Scope: 11 countries (Western & Eastern Europe, LATAM) - 33 Plants Feel free to contact me if you want to know more about my job MATTHIEU
