Hello, I am responsible for : - Develop and assess IAG network of Partners, Correspondents and Providers - Monitor the quality within IAG (continuous quality assessment, selection criteria, selection process, audits) - Maintain and develop IAG common database (Globus) - Organize the semi-annual IAG Forums (on the Operations & Network aspects) - Organize and chair the annual IAG Academy - Quality officer in charge of ISO 9001:2015 certification - Internal auditor ISO 9001:2015 - Managing our CSR label: Lucie 26000 - DPO Feel free to contact me if you want to know more about my job David
