Présentation d'Arnaud

Since August 2022, I have taken the position of Associate professor and Director of MSc Program and Project Management and Business Development at SKEMA Business School, Grand Paris Campus in Suresnes. Until that date, I was associate professor, academic and managing director of the French Arabian Business School in Bahrain, position I have been holding for 5 years. This department of the Arabian Gulf University is academically managed by ESSEC Business school. This role comes after a strong professional experience in the field of higher education as Professor, dean of graduate and undergraduate programs and then deputy dean of a 6000 students college of business (10 campuses in France and abroad). I have also a strong experience as a political advisor, with positions such as chief of staff and advisor to several French politicians as well as regional head of PR and public sector market for a major French company. My areas of research and my publications in peer reviewed journals and books are : cultural studies and especially the integration of Arabian Women in the Gulf, vouchers, local governments, new public management, public policies, neo-liberalism, public policy tools, urban riots, Arabian culture, and so on. My skills: - High level expertise in the field of public and private higher education (social science, Business education) - Strong experience in executive education - Significant record of papers in peer reviewed journals - Relevant experience in the business sector at a managerial level - Complete academic cursus (Ph.D in Political science/Public management) - A natural sense of writing, communication and PR Last paper published: « The role of the family in empowering women managers/entrepreneurs in the Persian Gulf: managing patriarchy », Gestion 2000, 2021/6 (Volume 38), p. 141-164 (with Jessica Lichy).
