    I am currently responsable for our digital employee program which aims at delivering a seamless experience for employees that enhances bioMérieux ability to deliver its public health mission.

    My missions are:

    – program preparation and governance, projects scoping

    – stakeholder alignment

    – external watch

    – experiencing/promoting new ways of working

    – employee experience governance organization as a sustainable body.

    Over my more than 20 years of experience, I have managed teams and a number of transversal projects in a variety of domains (manufacturing, global shared services, human resources operations), in context of strong business transformations (new manufacturing facilities, digital transformation, acquisitions), all in international environments..

    Workplace is changing, I am therefore now very excited to be part of bioMérieux digital journey and still learn a lot with my colleagues, and more importantly have fun!
