Hello,

I'm currently an Operating Experience Expert at World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO) Paris Centre. The WANO unites every company and country in the world that has an operating commercial nuclear power plant to achieve the highest possible standards of nuclear safety.
As an Operating Experience Expert, Iperform the following task:
-Coordinate all peer review activities (SOER evaluation) between each department; from the pre-visit to the validation meeting of the evaluation report.
-Animate parent instances to service activities. (Training, Preparation-Week, Pre-Exit Meeting, Alignment-Week ...)
-Manage the SOER evaluation team during Peer-Review. (Coaching, supervision, evaluation, etc.)
-Analyser and compiler, in partnership with WANO London, all the significant events of each WANO Paris Center members.
I graduated from the Poly-Tech Lille in 2006 and started my career as a Security Guard at Graveline Nuclear Power Plant in 1996. After 19 years working at EDF in different departments on different Nuclear Power plants, I decided to join WANO to maximise the safety and reliability of nuclear power plants worldwide by working together to assess, benchmark and improve performance through mutual support, exchange of information, and emulation of best practices..
