I am Legal & Compliance Director in the corporate domain for almost 10 years. I set up the legal strategy and organize the legal department within an interdisciplinary approach with the operational departments within the company for the best business partnering outcome. I appreciate a combined long life learning and practical approach for achieving the best level in career.

I studied Law at University of Bucharest where I graduated in 2000 and where I obtained also a postgraduate Diploma in international law in 2001, after this I graduated International Business at Economic Studies University in Bucharest in 2005. In 2011 I graduated Master Diploma in European and International Business Law at Paris 1 Pantheon - Sorbonne University. Professionally I worked in corporate legal departments of Lafarge and Hofmann La Roche, I coordinated the Legal Department for 3 countries in Bayer and presently I manage the Corporate legal department of E.ON in Romania.
