    Change Management is helping organisations to deploy value added changes (from routine maintenance activities to large corporate projects) by ensuring all needed controls (quality, security, operational, testing, legals…) are taken into consideration.

    My missions are:

    -Process ownership: defining and implementing the process (who does what by when)

    -Process management: ensuring all the process activities are performed within agreed constraints (meetings, decisions, communication, coordination…)

    -Process control: follow up on changes, chasing users for documents and chasing the management for decisions

    I have been introduced to process management by deploying a release management process in 1999.

    Until approximately 2008, I have been deploying/running several ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, release, configuration…).

    In 2012, I decided to focus exclusively on Change Management.
