I have been a senior IT Director in Infrastructure Domain for 20 years.
My missions are:
- Leads IT Service Delivery across the country (Infrastructure, End User Computing and Hosting)
- Owns stakeholder relationships for all IS Infrastructure services at a country level
- Aggregates demand for new and improved IS Infrastructure services
- Ensures overall business satisfaction with existing Infrastructure services.
- Ensures alignment of IS business facing services budget with business priorities and delivers activities within agreed schedules and costs
- Manages relationships with regional and divisional IS & business heads
