I am Olivier, a food and beverage professional with over 15 years of experience gained within French, Swiss and Vietnamese markets; from Bistro to Palace.
I spent the last 7 years in Vietnam where I took charge of 3 pre-opening and 4 openings of different F&B concepts and hotel as Head Chef at first and lastly as Director of Food and Beverage.
I return to France last September, worked as a Visiting Hospitality and Export Manager in the renewable energy field. I am currently in Qatar working as Director of Food and Beverage within Hilton Group.
