Hello, Born, raised in France (Bretagne) and educated in France, the UK, the Netherlands and Australia, I have been living Down Under since 2002, where i came to finish my Masters Degree as an international exchange student. Professionally, I have developped my career in the software and services industry over the last 22 years and i have worked for market leaders, including Google, Adobe, ServiceNow, monday.com, Red Hat, Hewlett-Packard and now Workday. This is a senior partnership leadership role with responsibility for +$120M book of business and which is focused on driving Digital Transformation programs for large enterprises and government agencies. Our proposition is centred on AI-enabled solutions that aim to automate complex workflows whilst improving productivity and reducing operational costs. Overall I spent my entire career in the sales organisation and I have held practically every partnership roles that exist in the software industry. If my experience is of interest to you, I will be happy to share my learnings, as an expatriate and as a sales leader across Asia. Thanks! Xavier Le Baron As the GTM Leader my roles and responsibilities are: - working with general managers and heads of sales in each market to drive engagement across functional teams - services revenue ownership across the Asian region - building strong technical partner practices so they can act as an extension of the Workday field team - acting as subject matter expert in joint customer engagements and own sales and presales enablement - owner of business and management review cadences - co-owner of marketing budgets and plans. Experience a l'international | High Tech Sales | Business Parnterships | Cloud | SaaS | IA / AI- Agentic AI and GenAI
