Hello, I'm working as a project manager in international companies (Education, Telecommunication, Medical and Travel fields) since more than 10 years. As a project manager, I perform the following tasks: - ensure the delivery of the project with agreed time and cost tolerances - ensure an efficient coordination of all participants of the projects: internal to the companies but also external clients - ensure the project deliverable’ quality: make sure it follows the quality standards defined in the company - develop best practices for project execution and management - understand the needs of the clients and be their first point of contact - translate business needs of clients into technical requirements for the IT team to implement - prepare progress reports - prepare and give training linked to the product - manage the IT teams. I graduated from the University Lyon 1 in 2005 with a PhD in computer sciences and started my career as research engineer in Orange in Bretagne. I then discover the project management job in Luxembourg with a centre de recherche and continue to manage projects since then in the US and then back in France.
