Présentation d'Anne-Gaëlle

Hi, I am Anne-Gaëlle and I am the Advertising Campaign Lead for the South Australian Government, as part of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC). DPC is the lead agency supporting the Premier and Cabinet by developing policy and delivering programs to realise the government’s vision for South Australia. My role is to manage the end-to-end delivery of advertising campaigns for South Australian government agencies in line with the Government Advertising Plan, with a focus on building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and on overseeing daily operations to ensure the successful delivery of each campaign. My daily tasks include: • Overseeing the daily execution of advertising campaigns, providing guidance and leadership to the campaign team ensuring that their tasks align with the overarching campaign objectives and are executed within established deadlines. • Briefing creative and media agency vendors, ensuring that the campaign’s goals, timelines, and expectations are communicated clearly and that all deliverables are understood. • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to keep informed about the progress of the campaign. • Tracking deliverables and budget, ensuring deadlines are met and resolving any issues that arise during the process. • Actively evaluating performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. I graduated in International Communications in 2007 (Université Marc Bloch, Strasbourg) and moved to Adelaide, South Australia, for a work placement in a printing company. At the end of my work placement, I was offered permanent employment as the marketing officer. After 3 years working in marketing, I decided to gain more experience in communications - I joined the South Australian Department for Health and Wellbeing (DHW) communications team in 2010. During my time at DHW, I worked in a number of roles and on diverse projects (including marketing communications, project and change management communications, internal communications and crisis communications during COVID). I was also in charge of providing strategic communications advice and developing the brand identity and social media platforms of the newly established Wellbeing SA agency, before accepting a advertising-focused role within the Department of the Premier and Cabinet in September 2020. I can share what I do on a daily basis as a marketing adviser, as well as talk about the many roles that form part of the marketing and communications industry. I can also provide advice on the skills and experience that will be helpful to start a career in marketing and communications. Feel free to contact me if you want to know more about my job or my journey! Anne-Gaëlle
