Hello, In a nutshell, I am in charge of the demo and trial environments at SugarCRM, an American CRM software vendor based in California. I am leading a team called the Sugar Labs which is focused on 3 main missions. The first mission is looking after the SugarCRM demo environment. It is heavily used internally and by our partners. My team is doing the maintenance, support and on-going improvements. The second mission is to help building demos to support the key deals, always creating innovative solutions leveraging the value of our products. The third mission is to maintain the Free Trial environment up to date with an accurate dataset at each product release. Happy to help! I am deeply convince that your value does not rely in your diploma but within yourself. This is why I truly believe that US companies are doing it all right. They put their trust in people, capabilities, skills and not the diploma. I can speak either French or English and meet everywhere in France. I am based in Limoges but travel often. My background is technical including software development, web development, application performance testing, and CRM expertise for the last 11 years (3.5y at Salesforce and the rest at SugarCRM). On my spare time I am working with a famous Swedish band as a digital manager, creating exclusive assets: gigs videos (Wacken Open Air, Reload Festival, etc), and promotional content for YouTube, Facebook and Instagram.
