Hello,

I am experienced in workforce, operation, training and quality manager with a demonstrated history of working in the outsourcing/offshoring industry. I am skilled in customer relationship management (CRM), customer satisfaction, customer retention, quality assurance, and workforce management. I am a strong program and project management professional with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) focused in accounting from Ain Shams University, in addition, I'm currently MBA holder.
My work consists in managing and following up the strategic plan implementation and take the corrective action.
