Hi I am assistant training manager at EvaPHARMA, responsible for learning and development of all commercial team. My missions are: -set anual training calendar - conduct training sessions -design, and modify training courses - assessment of candidates applying for promotions - determine training needs. Through 12 years of hard working in sales team, as a medical rep, then as a district manager, and continuous learning, I got the needed experience and knowledge to get this position.
