Hello, I have more than 9 years of experience in human resources, talent management, organization development, talent acquisition & recruitment, performance management, HR strategic, learning & training inside multi-national and big local organizations in different locations and industries (FMCG, Construction, Food & Beverages, Automotive, Retail, and Government). I have a Master in Human Resources Management (France)/ I am leading the organizational development function, designing & re-shape performance management system to evaluate the results & behavior of the staff, analyzing the balanced scorecard and recommend proper strategies to improve productivity & business outcomes.
