I am a Transaction Services (Financial Due Diligence) professional advising both private equity and corporate clients on German and international deals. In our transaction services department, we advise private equity and corporate clients in their investments in Germany and abroad.

When working on the buy-side, my duties are to investigate financial statements and identify any potential red flags that would lead my client to not enter a potential transaction or to review their initial purchase price downward.

When working on the sell-side, my duties are to prepare a set of financial analyses on which a potential buyer can rely and make a sound decision whether or not to invest in that particular company.
