Hello, Dear students, Actually Country Manager for BEL in Greece, i lead the local BEL company to grow over cheese market with key and iconic Brands (MiniBabybel and La Vache Qui Rit). I use to be in charge of sales force in France -> 6 regional managers & 60 people (sales rep). Driving business in retail via management / formation / recruitement / company sales strategy & deployment Head of a 60 people, splitted in 6 areas in France, I have the responsiblility of local execution strategy (France) in retail. I also deal with recruitement, formation, and system/reporting improvement. In the past in an other company leader in FMCG (Procter and Gamble) till I was hunted by BEL to integrate Sales.
