Hello, I am at present the Global Head of R&D FInance & Procurement for the Japanese pharmaceutical company Daiichi-Sankyo based in the US, which I joined in 2018 after working more than 40 years with Sanofi and its predecessors' companies in various parts of the world. I manage a team of Financial and Clinical Procurement professionals in the US and in Japan. Our responsibility is to support the Senior Management of the Daiichi Sankyo' s Research & Development Unit, together with its two Therapeutic Areas and the projects they manage. I was contacted late 2017 by the HR department through LinkedIn as they were looking for a Finance executive with R&D experience.
