    My name is Stéphane, engineer graduate in Electrical, Electronics & Semiconductors, with nearly 25 years of proven leadership experience in projects & people management and I help organisations in meeting and exceeding their business and revenue growth targets through development and implementation of robust sales and business development strategies.

    My expertise lies in devising and implementing effective business development strategies, driving start-up sales teams, and securing multimillion-dollar contracts to accelerate sales and revenue growth. Throughout my career, I have managed staff recruitment and corporate restructuring initiatives while simultaneously achieving strong market penetration. I am expert in coordinating cross-departmentally to incorporate and lead a broad range of sales strategies that deliver year-over-year revenue growth within global markets.

    I am proficient in conceptualising strategic initiatives to propel the achievement of corporate goals, streamline operations, and maximise staff performance; directing human resources, performance management, and staff mentoring and leadership.

    Currently at Qorvo, I’m providing executive-level leadership for successful management of sales and business development operations of automotive market to successfully achieve business performance targets.
