I am currently in charge of the Sales for Fine Fragrance category in Asia, at Firmenich which is the biggest family owned company in the Perfume industry.
Sales Director Fine Fragrance Asia
o Develop and implement accounts strategy in alignment with overall business objectives to maximize fine fragrance sales targets and exploit fine fragrance business opportunities
o Analyse and develop the Fine Fragrance business in SEA and NEA
o Implement sales strategy and pricing policies
o Develop sales forecasts and control expenses in line with budget
o Translate customer requirements and manage customer expectations by effective communication (external & internal) and ultimate selection and submission of winning fragrance
o Maintain and build knowledge of customer’s industry, products, and markets to target opportunities
o Educate clients regarding company’s products and technologies, provide ongoing customer support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
o Provide ongoing customer services and follow-up to ensure the timely shipment of orders
