Hello,

Due to my End to End knowledge & Skills, from the breweries to the headquarter, I am able to drive a large part of the P&L.
I'm working in changing organisations, studying the process and the governance have facilitate my work across departments. These where my keys to preparing the future and to success within S&OP finance integration, we know the impacts on the top line ( revenue, GP) as well bottom line ( COGS, Logistics cost).

The demand scenarios and the risks/opportunities management also are real support tools for business management from forecast management to delivery, from production sites to work on the European level. My career is also based on projects management and on the continuous improvement to implement the "Change" required and answer to the market requests.
