Hi everyone, I am currently a First Line Technical Support Engineer at Hanwha Techwin Europe, specializing in the testing, troubleshooting and fixing of cctv security cameras. I am part of the Technical Team and work in close relationship with 2nd Line Support Technical Engineers. I got this job due to my experience, working as a Tech person and gaining valuable experience in my previous company.
