I work in the Conferences business of Gartner (research and consulting services for IT and business leaders) and I am leading the global client success team that looks after technology providers exhibiting at Gartner conferences. I set the Client Success strategy and ensure my leaders execute on the vision in each region. We are thriving to be a world-class Client Success team that drives satisfaction, value and loyalty amongst Gartner conferences exhibitors. I work closely with our international sales leaders to ensure both sales and services teams are aligned. As part of my French university curriculum, I spent 1 year studying in the UK to obtain a BA, Business in Europe and 6 months in Germany as part of my Masters, International Business Management. My first jobs were in Event Marketing agencies and I gradually moved to the corporate world. I joined Gartner in the UK in 2006 and relocated to the USA in 2018 to build the global client services I am leading today. I am passionate about building and leading high performing teams, enabling the success of others and driving change positively in a multicultural environment.
