Hi there, I am an IT Director in a global manufacturing and distribution business. I work out strategies to help our customers have the best experience thanks to operational excellence. I also have my own blog to teach people financial literacy and teach people how to earn money on their smartphone. I manage a team of 20+ IT people around the globe that work on global projects to improve the operational performance of the company or customer experience improvement projects. I am also chairman of different IT software user groups in which big internal companies collaborate to improve the end user knowledge and exchange ideas how to become better.
