Bonjour, I am the director of Aviation Security Equipment for airports for all over the world. I am managing a team of 3 BD managers covering the main regions. My role is to motivate my team and make sure that we are preparing correctly the market prior to tenders through our distribution network. We have to keep up to date our network with new developments, competition information and give them the tools to promote and answer correctly to the need of the airports. We work also upstream with Airports designers, key players, consultancy companies, major airports to educate and influence them in a certain sense. Our market is regulated so we do check how the regulation will come in the coming years to make sure to have the appropriate products to be certified at that time.
