Hello, I am a recruitment sourcing specialist at Huawei, working on recruitment for a global pharmaceutical company. I recruit all positions, all levels across five sites in France. I am French but have lived and worked in England for 8 years. My duties include: - meeting with operational teams to understand their needs - sourcing passive candidates - approaching and screening all active and passive candidates by conducting a phone interview - arranging on-site interviews - collecting feedback - admin/system tasks on candidates files - rejecting unsuitable candidates. I was referred by my husband who works at Huawei on a different program. He heard they were looking for a French speaking recruiter to take care of the French market for that pharmaceutical client. I had no recruitment background, so I started as a talent assessor at the start of 2018 and was promoted a year later to my current position.
