Hello, I started in F-Secure 5 years ago as Sales Engineer (presales) managing partners and end-customers/prospects on the west part of France. I always tried to combine relationship and technical challenges within a single job, this was a great opportunity. I moved on one year ago still in the same company but with a wider geographic scope, allowing me to speak English on a daily-basis while learning new missions. The TSM role is not that different as my previous position. I used to be part of presales, I'm still involved in projects but manage the lifecycle of operators in the region on the post sales side as well. I can create my own routine with innovation, looking for new tools (and new skills) to raise my global overview of my customers. The company provides mandatory tools but the pattern can be optimized depending of the way you are used to work. I've got frequent meetings with accounts owner in order to share latest news on both side as we are working as a team. An awkward one obviously but it wasn't that much awkward back in time. I spent extra time in high school but ended up in university with a BA degree in information/communication then a diploma of higher education in IT. I started to work as part-time employee as soon as possible.
