Hi, I am an entrepreneur who founded a Human Resources consultancy in Singapore and a start-up developing tools to build alumni networks in Paris. @ the consultancy, I am in charge of: - finding new clients - identifying their needs - creating promotional materials & sales pitches, as well as consulting & workshops content - setting up the appropriate team (hiring freelancers) for big projects - delivering projects, workshops, coaching sessions, etc. - taking care of all the admin & accounting (company registration, writing financial statements, ensuring compliance with the law & taxes) @ the start-up, I am in charge of: - coming up with a business plan & timeline - raising funds - testing the concept with users/prospects/testers and collecting feedback - hiring the team and managing/motivating the team day-to-day - finding clients I have a Master of Science in Management from EMLyon Business School (after preparatory classes) and started as a Management Consultant at Capgemini Consulting (Paris). I was then head hunted by LafargeHolcim that recruited me as an Internal Auditor in Paris and sent me to Singapore to join their Asia Pacific team after a few months. Every 6 weeks, I was working with & traveling to a different Asian country and different department (Sales, Logistics, HR, etc.) to understand the way they worked and improve it. When LafargeHolcim Singapore office closed down, I decided to start my 1st company in Singapore. My ex-colleagues became my 1st consulting clients. After 2.5 years, hit by Covid, I wasn't as busy with the 1st company and decided to also launch a start-up. Feel free to contact me if you want to know more about my job Julie
