I am a Scientific Director in a medical communication agency, helping Pharma in designing, creating and running training programmes for healthcare professionals and internal teams (Pharma employees) at national and international levels. I am French but I have lived and worked in London for over 6 years.

As a Scientific Director, I lead a team of medical writers of all levels, working closely with the account teams (the budget/finance side of the projects).

My role is to understand clients’ needs on projects, i.e. training programmes, respecting their overall brand strategy and coming up with suggestions and a clear plan on how to run those programmes. Therefore, I am involved from the beginning of a project, i.e designing the training programmes up to delivering the elements on time and budget, with scientific accuracy at the heart of what we do together with my team.

After my PhD studies at Université Paul Sabatier, Toulouse, I worked as a Research Associate at Imperial College London for over 1.5 years. Then I decided to leave academia and I joined my first medical communication agency as a medical writer about 5 years ago. Since then, I worked in the field and learnt a lot about different diseases areas, working with Medical Affairs and Commercial teams in big Pharma like Novartis and Pfizer. I have moved up the ladder and became a Scientific Director over a year ago where I am now in charge of a team of writers and collaborate with Pharma on a daily basis.

Feel free to contact me, I would be happy to tell you a bit more about medical communication or my career and helping you as much as I can.
