Présentation de Dimitri

Bonjour, Je peux parler français, mais ma première langue d'affaires est l'anglais. Seasoned Operations and IT consultant with a 5 years experience in Alvarez&Marsal management consulting company, 4 years in strategic PMO in leading banks, 2,5 years in fashion retail (Adidas) and a fintech project management with Mastercard Advisors. Developed IT strategy for a top retailer, managed the PMO team for a top-20 bank acquisition, performed an interim delivery partner role for an ERP development project for a top mining company, developed IT operations efficiency initiatives for a top telecom operator. To cut the long story short, as a project manager I 'make it happen': my daily duties are aimed to deliver project results by deadline and within desired expectations. I often have to get results from those who are not my subordinates, which is an important part of a project manager's job. As a management consultant I brought new ideas to increase operational efficiency and propose new ways of business development. I gained experience in retail, banks and management consulting, mostly as a project manager and a business consultant, after which I graduated iaelyon (M2 Études et recherche en management), and now I am a PhD student (doctorant) and a research assistant in emlyon Business School.
