Hello, I'm a cofounder in a couple of startups, and I also help cofounders and SMEs transform their business to reach the next level. (1) Business analysis - analysis of Business, Financial, GTM ... plans -analyse the human capital (2) Recommendations - based on analysis, give recommendations and define action plans, project scopes or even program scopes. (3) Guidance during execution - mentor startup founders or SME leaders in their transformation journeys. - Put the proper program & project management facilities & methodologies in place Started in GTM in telco and moved to more operational and general management along the way. Did a quick detour in e-payment sector managing bigger international projects. Then started my own company and was managing director of a startup in Energy & Telco for >2 years to get them going with 2Mio turnover at the end.
