Hello, I work at Outsight as a customer operations Manager and am in charge of internal operations and reportings I have 3 fields of responsibility: - Sales administration operations: I'm in charge of the customer Operations from the Purchase order to the invoicing (including shipment, credit note., contracts...) - Business reporting: I propose and share business reporting to our teams and external partners - Internal Operations: manage the internal processes between teams, selectionning tools. I worked 5 years at Withings as Head of Sales and demand planning: in charge of the Supply Chain. I had the opportunity to work at Chanel for 18 months as Supply Chain Manager for Watches. And now, I'm working for Outsight as customer Operations manager, at the beginning of a new adventure.
