    Hello,

    I am currently working as a Senior Talent Partner, working for innocent drinks. I am looking after the recruitment for our UK and Ireland offices.

    HR/Recruitment:

    – Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of roles, levels of seniority and regions ( UK &I, France, The Netherlands) – including kick-off meeting with hiring manager, CV screening, talent pool development, interviews, offer letters/contracts drawing, on boarding process management.

    – Supporting and coaching hiring managers – regular 121 sessions

    – Reviewing and recommending improvements to our recruitment processes

    – Supporting our People Partners

    – Developing relationships with universities and education providers

    – Making sure we keep our budget on track

    – Run our “License To Hire” training to hiring managers

    – Organising exit interview

    – Supporting employees during their parental leaves

    HR/Recruitment:

    – Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across a variety of roles, levels of seniority and regions ( UK &I, France, The Netherlands) – including kick-off meeting with hiring manager, CV screening, talent pool development, interviews, offer letters/contracts drawing, on boarding process management.

    – Managing the recruitment budget

    – Supporting and coaching hiring managers

    – Reviewing and recommending improvements to our recruitment processes

    – Supporting our People Partners

    – Developing relationships with universities and education providers

    – Run our “License To Hire” training to hiring managers

    – Organising exit interview

    – Supporting employees during their parental leaves

    – Leading the onboarding process for our new starters

    – One direct report : managing and coaching our talent advisor.

    HR projects:

    – Developing our European employer brand

    – Leading our HR post-Brexit process

    – Part our Diversity and Inclusion team

    – Working on performance/ End of the Year review project

    HR reporting :

    – Maintaining innocent recruitment reporting, including tracking quality, time and cost of hires

    HR systems :

    – Helping implement our new ATS

    – Setting up training

    Graduated with a Master degree in Business Administration (minor : HR) , with 5 years HR/internal recruitment experience across a number of sectors (FMCG, media, IT, sales).

    I’m currently working for innocent drinks, the Europe’s favourite smoothie brand.
