Hello, I am Consultant & Partner in my company within the fields of Procurement & Project Management. My job as a Consultant consists in assisting companies to either optimise how their manage their purchases &/or support them to develop & implement various projects within their Supply Chain. My job as a Partner consists in developping our company through Business Development, Recruitment, People Management, Marketing, Events, Financials... meaning managing all aspects of a company & ensuring its development on the long run. My duties include: - Drive projects & coordinate all project management aspects (planning, budget, governance, reporting, risks, etc.) - Review current way of workings & propose improvements - Drive Sourcing activities to find the best possible external solution to an internal need - Shape Category Management, define and implement category strategies - Build Supplier Performance frameworks & follow-up on supplier performance - Mitigate supplier risk thanks to the implementation of supplier risk assessments & mitigation plans - Support Consultants on their projects - Recruit future staff (Consultants, Business Developers, HR, etc.) - Build budgets & manage company financials - Find tools to support the company's activities - Communicate & sell our services towards clients & potential candidates - Manage our staff I started my carreer directly within Consulting. First in France for a Procurement Consulting company focused on optimizing costs & contracts for clients. Then I moved to Germany to work for a Management Consulting firm where I had the opportunity to take part in various projects within Supply Chain Management. Finally, I moved to Belgium, where I am still located for almost 10 years now. I'm active, still as a Consultant, in the fields of Procurement & Project Management. Currently, I'm supporting clients to improve their Procurement activities and am part of Altesia's management team. This means that, on top of my projects at clients, I contribute to the daily management of the company, drive development activities (such as teaching at HEC Liège, developping new clients, supporting other consultants at their clients, onboarding new people, etc.) Feel free to contact me if you want to know more about my job, Nicolas
