Hello,

I am currently working as a HR Assistant at FMC and have five years of experience.

My daliy responsibilities:

-maintain and expand the company’s recruitment channels and update relevant recruitment information

-coordinate with interviewers and candidates

-follow up on the overall recruitment process such as interview arrangements and interview feedback

-assist in the onboarding and offboarding procedures and signing of employment contracts

-fill in and analyse various personnel statistical reports

I didn’t study Human Resources as an undergraduate, but I was interested in the field, so I found a relevant internship after graduating and have been working there ever since. I really enjoy my current role and what I do, and it’s very rewarding to help companies identify talent and get the right candidates into positions they are happy with.
