In 1993, I officially graduated from University of Electronic Science and Technology (formerly Chengdu Institute of Telecommunications Engineering) with a bachelor’s degree in engineering. After that, I returned to my hometown and worked in Ningbo Telecom Bureau. I founded NetEase in May 1997
