Hello,

I am a Recruiter at General Electric Healthcare, working on recruitment for the French market for a global medical devices company. I recruit all positions, all levels across France. I am French but I am living in Zaragoza in Spain for 8 years.

My duties include :
- Leading end to end recruitment process
- Meeting with the managers to understand their needs, building and strengthening relationships with hiring managers through resource planning, job specification, other recruitment activities
- Source candidates from a variety of channels to develop a pipeline of qualified diverse candidates
- Interviewing candidates
- Ensure candidate and hiring manager great experience

Previously this job, I have been an HR Business Partner in different multinational (automotive, food industry, construction, services) in different country (France, Italy, China, Spain). I lead great HR project, work closely with the leaders of the organisation to support them in the development of their teams.
