Hi!

I am Head of HR for the Cluster New Countries within Orpea Group, world leader in social and health care.

I am based in Italy and I work closely with the CEO Cluster New Countries, supporting him in the management and coordination of all HR related activities of the countries that make up our Cluster (Italy, Poland, Baltic countries, Asia and Middle East).

In particular, I am in charge of the management of all the activities oriented to:
- attracting talents, reinforcing sourcing & recruitment processes and increasing the visibility of the Company ;
- supporting all the employees throughout their career and ensuring their skills development (training, assessments, succession planning…);
- ensuring the achievement of specific Social responsibilities objectives in HR-related;
- filtering relationship between HR Corporate department and HR team of all countries of the Cluster;
- managing all HR related innovation projects .

I have a degree in Intercultural Communication and a degree in Sociology and I started working in the field of training, skills mapping and employment guidance services 12 years ago.
I've been working in Orpea since 2016, being first in charge of training and employee development, then as an HR manager, following a very rapid and profitable professional growth. At Orpea, I really had the opportunity to realise how deep my interest in HR issues was and I was able to further deepen my knowledge and skills.
