    In my role I provide strategic Talent Acquisition support and guidance to the Businesses and Functions in their strategic initiatives and work closely with recruitment teams as well as with Leaders and HR colleagues to ensure Medtronic is well positioned to attract the best talent in a competitive and dynamic environment.

    – Strategic partnership with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders

    – Partner with RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing partner: Alexander Mann Solutions) to further develop delivery in my regions

    – Assessment of Talent Acquisition needs

    – Develop recruitment strategies across my regions

    – Consult and advise Leaders on staffing and employment related issues,

    – Executive Recruitment: Pipelining and recruiting for Director and above roles

    – Developing and implementing Employer Branding strategies

    From working as a Psychologist in Elderly Care, moving into Recruitment of Professional Hires and developing into an HR Generalist, within just a few years I learnt how to manage the complete employee life cycle. After a few years as HR Business Partner in several companies I am currently in a specialized function, providing strategic inhouse consultancy for Recruitment Activities for several European countries. I LOVE my job!
