Hi,

I am a regional sales manager at JSP, my main job is to develop the business of a personal protective equipment manufacturer across the Asia Pacific. I am French and I am based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia since 2019. I was in the UAE before that in 2008 till I moved here.

My duties are:
- Meeting with potential distributors to represent JSP in their territory.
- Train their Sales team on JSP products.
- Support their sales and marketing team to sell JSP products to their customers.
- Bring them new customers with high potential.
- Support distributors on their supply chain management and make sure they don't end up with low stock or dead stock.
- Hire, train and manage a sales team throughout the region to increase business potential.

I passed a BTS Commerce International as I always wanted to work with different cultures selling innovative products and services throughout the world.

I started as an export sales coordinator in a French FMCG company and moved slowly toward the safety industry where I now have an experience of 12 years.

I am now glad to do business and make a living for my family while protecting people at work.
