Hello,

Leading a multitude of shared operational functions (20 colleagues), which are essential for high performance as well as compliance of Umicore’s operations and reputation in Germany.

My department is structured in four teams: "Infrastructure & Energy", "Environment, Health & Safety", "Security" and "Communications".

I am responsible for the development of the overall department strategy, for the achievement of our ambitious sustainability objectives at the site (900 people, close to Frankfurt) and the reputation management.

I've a master in media management and worked for Samsung before joining Umicore in 2011. Since then my main focus areas are Communications, Digital Workplace and Site Services.

In addition to my professional expertise, I enjoy the exchange on leadership topics.

I do not speak French, but I do speak English, German and Italian.
