My last role was about inspiring people to join adidas thanks to effective communications.

My main responsibilities:
- Partnering with a communication agency to build a strong Employer Brand (define what we stand for, what we have to offer)
- Developing the content strategy - In other words: which message we need to convey, to whom, when, on which platform
- Developing social media campaigns to drive talent attraction
- Working closely with recruiters across the globe to understand their hiring needs

About my career journey:

I have 15 years of experience in global communication agencies, where I worked as a strategic planner and account manager.
I started switching my career from helping brands grow to helping talent grow in 2017.
Since then, I have been working as a content strategist and career coach with Human Resources teams, organisations dedicated to talent’s growth, and individuals looking for a change in their professional life.
