Hello, I work as a Change Communication Officer within the Employee Experience team of my company. It involves HR, internal communications, IT, the physical and virtual environments, interactions with managers and leaders, as well as external audiences. It affects engagement, culture, advocacy, customer experience and ultimately business performance.

My duties include:
- meetings with operational teams to understand their needs
- creation of internal engagement campaigns
- collection of content from internal experts
- content creation for internal channels
- network and community management
- performance communications to all employees
- promotion of Employee Experience-related topics
- support the Leadership Engagement journey
- expertise in communication tools/softwares
- support the businesses in their internal/external communication


I started my career as an executive assistant, first in an interim position. I had the opportunity to get a long-term contract within the company working for different teams, which increased my experience. I then started some communication tasks with no background as there was a need in the team. I learned on the field, with the support of my colleagues, and with relevant training sessions when needed. I have now been working in the Communication family for more than 8 years.
