Hello, my name is Sophie. I’m product support specialist in Varian, a Siemens Healthineers company. Together, they are continuously striving to launch innovations that bring more personalized care to patients. -- Bonjour, je m'appelle Sophie. Je suis spécialiste support produit logiciel chez Varian, a Siemens Healthineers company. Ensemble, ils proposent des solutions innovantes qui permettent d'apporter des soins de qualité plus personnalisés aux patients. My is role is mainly to support installation team, customers, field service team and clinical specialists by providing technical help and right documentation. -- Mon rôle principal est de fournir aux équipes d'installation, aux clients, aux techniciens terrain et aux spécialistes d'application une aide technique et une documentation adéquate. I obtained GEII DUT in 1999 then a GII engineering diploma in 2003. I started working in the automotive industry for 3 years. Then, I started my career in Varian as a software service engineer doing installation and support of all our software products. I’m finally specialized only in supporting some specific products. -- J'ai été diplômé en 1999 (DUT Génie électrique et Informatique Industrielle) puis en 2003 (Ingénieur Génie Informatique et Industriel). J'ai commencé ma carrière dans l'industrie automobile. Puis, j'ai intégré Varian en 2006 en tant qu'ingénieur de service logiciel. J'étais en charge de l'installation et du support de plusieurs de nos produits logiciels. Je me suis finalement spécialisé sur certains produits.
