Hello, my name is Sophie. I’m product support specialist in Varian, a Siemens Healthineers company. Together, they are continuously striving to launch innovations that bring more personalized care to patients.

My is role is mainly to support installation team, customers, field service team and clinical specialists by providing technical help and right documentation.

I obtained GEII DUT in 1999 then a GII engineering diploma in 2003. I started working in the automotive industry for 3 years. Then, I started my career in Varian as a software service engineer doing installation and support of all our software products. I’m finally specialized only in supporting some specific products.
